Shipping policy
Economic shipping is free for all items in United States. Some orders have a domestic shipping time of 5-8 days, only to United States.
We ship all orders the same day or next business day. Once an order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address when checking out. We will not make any changes to the shipping address after you place the order. If a shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address we provided or due to the shipment not being picked up by the recipient, we will deduct $6.99 from the purchase price before issuing the refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped directly from one of our domestic warehouses, and they will do everything they can to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Due to the popularity of our listings, please allow an estimated delivery time of 5-8 days for your order to the shipping address. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offerings, these are estimates only.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK IN THE MAIL OR LOST?
All of our orders are shipped with shipping and handling insurance. If an order gets stuck in customs, returned, or even lost during the shipping process, we apologize! The postal service is beyond our control. In such cases, since the packages are insured, we will, if possible, send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for when these may apply to shipping situations.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
ProperVit is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed on your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
Import duties, taxes and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on fees, please contact your local customs office.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Canceled or Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including shipping and handling, ONLY if canceled prior to shipment. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. You have 30 minutes to cancel your order.
